The 4/ 8/ 16 Channel Digital Vibration Controller provides the flexibility to do Swept Sine, Random, Shock, Sine on Random, Random on Random, Field Data Simulator, Long Time History and Recalibration testing on both electro dynamic and hydraulic type shakers. The user friendly Windows environment allow quick and easy test set up, operation, monitoring and documentation.

The real time DSP architecture provides more than high dynamic range and handles the control loop independent of the PC processor- giving fast loop time with enhanced safety.

While performance and versatility is good for research labs, easy operation and automation features make it excellent for production also. This automatically stores data during the test at programmed intervals. Test data can be stored for offline analysis. Online graph can be export to MS office during the test.

An automatic log file is created for all the tests which stores information about the test performed. The controller has feature to perform pretest to determine the transfer function of the PA and shaker.

The offline software provides a convenient way for offline analysis of the test. It enables the user to view from the dumped data, the system response at a particular frequency and time.

Control system comes with DSP module, a 4/8/16 channel built-in signal conditioner/charge amplifier USB/ Ethernet communication cable and software CD(s). Plug-n-play configuration make it easy to use on Windows platform
